We will count on you to:
- Provide support in consulting with clients from various backgrounds on service requirements, insurance needs and carriers
- Assisting consultants where required while ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per the organization’s standards and SOPs
- Maintains an ongoing relationship with clients and team colleagues to effectively service clients and assist colleagues
- Responsible for other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties specified by superior
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferable Insurance, Human Resource, Psychology, Actuarial, Finance) or any equivalent
- Internship duration between 3 months - 6 months depending on University's/Institute's requirements
- Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
